These technologies enable continuous, precise monitoring of key process parameters, raw materials, and the final product alike. These solutions are increasingly integrated with Digital Control Systems (DCS), which allows for rapid responses to deviations and the optimization of the entire process. Combined with the development of remote diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and the use of machine learning to predict potential failure times, these technologies serve not only as tools for monitoring material quality but also as intelligent support for the entire production process.
